The Lutheran MidEast Development BEGAN WORK AMONG IRANIAN KURDS IN SOUJBOULAK (MAHABAD) IN 1912.

THE TEAM INCLUDED PASTORS, DOCTORS, NURSES AND TEACHERS WHO ESTABLISHED THE FIRST HOSPITAL IN THE CITY AND THE REGIONS FIRST KURDISH LANGUAGE SCHOOLS.

We are proud to honor the memories of the founders Who served the poorest and most needy and became a part of middle East history.
